So awhile back I wrote a post about the front runners for the 2008 election. I was specifically talking about Mike Hukabee and his surge in the polls. In that post I spouted some trash talk that went something like this:

This study confirms what we’ve known for a long time now, the Bush administration just flat out lied hundreds of times in the lead-up to the Iraq war. There’s a reason this President has the lowest approval ratings of any president in the past thirty years, and this is it.

A great article from the NY Times on how huge the impact of our meat consumption has gotten. Makes you want to become a vegetarian.

So back when Dara and I got hitched our friends Kristen and Brook gave us a very nice gift, a certificate for a stay at the Wellspring Spa out near Mt. Rainier National Park. Now our first visit to the place was something of a disaster. Not because of Wellspring but because the day we went out was one of the worst wind storms Western Washington had seen in a long time.

The Guardian has an funny piece talking about what total gits mac users are. Since moving to a Mac myself I have to admit that I’ve noticed a significant increase in my level of snarkiness towards lowly Windows users. This is probably what they’re talking about.
